How long does it take to get a custom sofa or sectional?
Our typical lead time is 3 weeks.
Do you offer in home delivery?
Yes, we offer a full delivery service.
What is the construction of the furniture?
The frames are made of solid, kiln dried alderwood that is corner blocked and screwed. The spring construction is sinuous steel, no sag springs that are spaced close together with an extra reinforcement on the seating edges. All of our cushions start with a high density foam core and free of harmful chemicals and flame retardants. You then have the option for our standard dacron wrap or upgrade to down or synthetic/hypoallergenic down wrap.
What is the warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty of the frames, 2 year on the springs, and 1 years on all the cushions. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse of the product, or items used in a commercial setting.
Where are the sofas made?
All of our pieces are hand made in the USA, specifically Los Angeles, CA.
What is the cost of a sofa or sectional?
Sofas start at $995 with an average price of $1395, Sectionals start at $1790 and can vary in pricing depending on size.
Are all the fabrics included in the price?
We have around 700 fabrics to choose from that are included in the price of our pieces. We also have a selection of upgraded fabrics that are patterns or more intricate in texture that can add 25-40% to the cost. Most clients choose a “standard fabric”, and only upgrade accent pillows for a very minimal charge. Have something very specific in mind? We also accept C.O.M fabric (customers own material). Feel free to purchase fabric from the store of your choosing and we will ship it to our factory to make your pieces in.
What customizations cost extra?
Every one of our styles will have standard dimensions for individual pieces and sectional sizes. With a multitude of standard sizes we can most likely use those. However we can make ANY style ANY size you would like.
